Maadili School was established in 2011 with a vision to nurture young minds and provide a strong educational foundation for the local community. The late Samuel Mwaura Ndung'u, an esteemed educator who previously taught at Juja Preparatory School and St. Mary’s School in Wetlands, founded the institution. Driven by his deep passion for education, Mr. Mwaura sought to create a space where children could receive quality early learning in a caring and nurturing environment.
School activities offer students a chance to explore their interests, develop new skills, and build social connections beyond the classroom. From academic clubs and sports teams to arts programs and student government, these extracurricular activities provide opportunities for personal growth, academic success, and leadership development. By participating in school activities, students can gain valuable experiences that will benefit them throughout their lives.

The curriculum is designed to introduce basic academic concepts, such as letters, numbers, and shapes, while also fostering social and emotional development. Kindergarteners often participate in activities like playing games, singing songs, drawing pictures, and learning about their surroundings. The goal of kindergarten is to create a positive and nurturing environment where children can explore, learn, and grow.
{Grade 1 to 6}
Middle school is a transitional period for students as they navigate the shift from childhood to adolescence. It’s a time of physical and emotional changes, as well as increased academic demands. Students may experience new friendships, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
{Grade 7 to 9}
Junior secondary school is the first phase of secondary education in Kenya. It typically spans three years, from Grades 7 to 9. During this period, students build upon their primary school foundation and explore a wider range of subjects. Junior secondary curriculum includes core subjects like English, Mathematics, Science, Kiswahili, and Social Studies, as well as electives in areas like Arts, Music, and Technology. The goal of junior secondary education is to prepare students for senior secondary school and ultimately for higher education or the workforce.
At Maadili School, we believe in the importance of building a solid foundation during the early years, setting our students on a path of lifelong learning and success.
